The Last minute never leaves you in life, it’s good or bad I don’t wish to get into that but these are golden one’s.

Some say you don’t plan well in advance so these last minutes becomes crucial for you else it doesn’t hold too much value , may be true but certainly not the truth. I see it as a culture , a culture where the entire system pushes things to the last minute.Your exam schedule being set in a way to have enough time to prepare in between exams !! Needed ? Probably we gave students a message that there’s time in between to prepare.

Likewise if you are corporate professional, who knows better than you the struggle in last quarter or last month of the financial year to achieve milestones. Surprisingly most of the milestone being achieved in the last hour.

That’s how all our system runs.The last minute has it’s own importance , people may say this has to go and one should plan well in advance but its irony that our system has accustomed everybody into the culture which now extracts best of productivity at the last minute.

However , will leave you to have a discussion whether this last minute compromises with the quality standards & robustness of the system.

Nothing makes a player more productive than the last minute.
